2. Order Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For stitched/customized products, processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Time

- Standard shipping across India takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

- We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹999.
- Additional charges may apply for express delivery or remote locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on our website or via the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for a reshipment.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at support@gnbstyles.com. We will ensure a prompt resolution.
