GnBStyles is a fashion and apparel brand committed to promoting Indian craftsmanship and style through our “Made in India” initiative. While the fabrics used in our products may or may not be sourced from India, all other processes including designing, cutting, stitching, tailoring, finishing, quality checks, packaging, and branding are entirely done in India by skilled local artisans and production teams.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this site. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Services

We offer a wide range of ready-to-wear clothing and fashion accessories. We also provide custom stitching services for shirts and hoodies on request. This includes:

Custom Stitching Process:
Step 1: Consultation – Customers can share their measurements, preferred fit, and style requirements through our online form or via WhatsApp/Email support.
Step 2: Design Selection – Choose from our collection or request minor customizations (e.g., sleeve length, collar style, pocket design).
Step 3: Payment & Confirmation – A customized stitching fee will be added based on complexity. Once payment is completed, the order goes into production.
Step 4: Production – Our in-house tailoring team begins stitching based on your specifications. This process typically takes 5–10 working days.
Step 5: Delivery – The final stitched product is shipped and delivered to your provided address.

Note:
- Custom-stitched items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or size mismatch from the provided specifications.
- Minor measurement variations of up to 1 inch are considered acceptable due to manual tailoring.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
- Payments must be made through the provided secure payment gateways.
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days for standard items, and 5–10 business days for custom-stitched orders.
- Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and availability.
- GnBStyles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase.
- Custom-stitched items are not eligible for return or exchange.
